Pamela Alegria is a seasoned creative leader with over 15 years of experience in art direction, advertising, and graphic design. Currently serving as a Senior Creative at Chameleon Collective, Pamela partners with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver bold, innovative, and effective creative solutions.
Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Pamela’s passion for the arts led her to Miami at 18, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Mass Communications and Journalism from Miami Dade College in just 15 months. She went on to refine her craft at Miami Ad School, where her creativity earned first place in the Miami Fashion Week Graphic Design Contest, as well as scholarships from the Advertising Federation of Greater Miami and Operation Jumpstart.
Her career spans respected agencies and global clients. At SapientRazorfish, she crafted award-winning work for brands including FIAT, Alfa Romeo, Lavazza, and Ideal Image. Prior to that, at Zubi Advertising, she developed digital campaigns for Ford, Chase Bank, and American Airlines. She has also gained experience interning at renowned agencies such as People Ideas and Culture in New York and la comunidad in Miami.
Since joining Chameleon Collective in 2018, Pamela has thrived in its non-traditional, entrepreneurial model—collaborating with multidisciplinary leaders to solve meaningful brand, product, and marketing challenges. Known for her ingenuity, adaptability, and passion for continuous growth, Pamela brings a global perspective and relentless creative drive to every project she leads.
Fluent in Spanish and based in Miami, Pamela continues to embrace each opportunity as a chance to invent, advance, and elevate her artistic and professional journey.
