Jackie has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and strategy leadership roles, including CMO, at multi-unit restaurant businesses. Jackie was part of the global team that launched “I’m lovin’it” at McDonald’s in 2003, leading to the revitalization of the brand and driving consumer relevance. She has launched digital transformations at Krispy Kreme and Bojangles and reinvigorated these brands with relevant engagement, food and beverage offerings and consumer-facing communications.
As a member of PE-backed management teams, she is adept at facilitating ELT alignment around value creation efforts, strategic planning and integrated execution of those plans. She is known as a transformational leader who cultivates high-performing cross-functional teams. In every brand, she developed the respect of franchisees as a trusted business partner.
