Kent, the Co-founder of OpenExO, has played a pivotal deeply hands-on role in designing, building, and executing numerous projects utilizing the Exponential Organizations (ExO) model. He has been instrumental in developing a robust network of coaches and consultants to support a diverse client base. Kent is the creator of the Fastrack Innovation process for cities, which was successfully implemented in Miami in 2017 and later in Medellín, Colombia. He was the co-creator or the ExO Enterprise Sprint and ExO Ready programs. As the leader of the ExO Pro Masterminds, Kent empowers OpenExO members to transform their organizations into Exponential Organizations by mastering the application of exponential technologies.
