Paul Suchman is a transformative marketing executive who helps underperforming brands reignite growth and build sustainable revenue engines. With a career spanning global agencies, Fortune 500 leaders, and PE-backed ventures, he specializes in aligning brand strategy, demand generation, and sales enablement to unlock meaningful business outcomes.
As Chief Marketing Officer at Audacy, Paul repositioned a declining radio broadcaster into a modern, $2B multi-platform audio company. Under his leadership, Audacy expanded its audience to over 300 million monthly listeners and gained 40% market share against Spotify, iHeart, and SiriusXM.
Prior to that, as Global CMO at CBRE, Paul led a brand transformation across 70+ markets, quadrupling brand value from $1B to $4.5B and driving consistent revenue growth across multiple business lines. His earlier leadership roles at BBDO, Ogilvy, and Agency.com saw him leading major accounts such as FedEx, IBM, and Cisco, blending creative vision with commercial results.
Paul is known for building agile, performance-driven marketing organizations that thrive in complexity and deliver results. He brings deep expertise in digital strategy, customer growth, content, and lead generation, anchored in data, insight, and brand purpose.
Outside of work, Paul advises organizations including KKR, Blackstone LaunchPad@USC, and Oceana, and serves on the board of the University of Oregon School of Journalism. A USC alum with degrees in Marketing and Finance, he’s also a conservationist, an aspiring landscape architect, and, by his own admission, a terrible surfer.
