She has a proven track record of partnering with premium and luxury businesses to unlock operational efficiency, improve fulfillment agility, and support scalable omnichannel growth.
Over the past decade, Barbara has worked in-house and as an advisor to global luxury and specialty retail brands, leading the design and implementation of OMS solutions that support DTC, wholesale, marketplace, and dropship models. At Gucci, she played a key role in implementing Oracle Order Management to support the brand’s global eCommerce business, aligning order orchestration, inventory visibility, and fulfillment workflows across regions and channels.
Barbara has also led OMS strategy and implementation for fine jewelry brands including Anna Sheffield and Erstwhile Jewelry, working with jewelry-specific order management platforms designed to support made-to-order workflows, serialized inventory, bespoke production timelines, and high-touch client fulfillment. In these environments, she balanced operational rigor with the elevated service expectations unique to luxury and fine jewelry customers.
