INTEGRATION EXPERIENCE
eMessageX.com → Striata (Acquired) – 2006: Joined Striata via the acquisition of eMessageX.com, managing the integration into the parent organization while simultaneously taking on an expanded leadership role and absorbing additional staff. Navigated the people, client and operational complexity of being on the acquired side.
Striata US Acquired Mass Transmit Email Marketing Firm (Acquirer, COO) – 2015: As COO of Striata’s Americas business, led the end-to-end integration of an acquired small email marketing company managing the consolidation of client portfolios, active project migration and staff integration into the existing organization. Owned the integration outcome, not just the coordination of its parts.
Striata → Doxim (Absorbed into Enterprise Parent) – 2020: When Striata was acquired by Doxim, led the integration of the US division’s client base and staff into a significantly larger enterprise organization, managing the sequencing of client communications, staff transition and operational handoffs required to protect revenue and retain talent through the transition.
