Sage + Sound, a groundbreaking wellness startup, envisioned a multifaceted destination, encompassing a café, nail salon, spa services, and The Study- a space for guided conversations. However, as the launch neared, there was a need for a concrete Go To Market Strategy and marketing leadership. Enter Chameleon Collective, primed to address their unique challenges.

With our commitment to shaping brands, our team stepped in with a Marketing Leader, bringing a strategic vision to life for Sage + Sound and its ensemble of wellness partners. The journey began with sculpting an in-depth Go To Market Strategy, followed by the creation of a holistic Marketing Plan, Calendar, and forward-thinking processes to anchor future endeavors. Recognizing the power of synergy, we orchestrated a brand strategy, addressing diverse business aspects, and charting a 6-month course for each. To fortify the strategy, two adept Chameleons specializing in Email and SEO were integrated, enriching our approach. Further solidifying our commitment, we established a marketing organization, recruiting key roles – the Head of Marketing and a Retention Director.

The meticulous planning bore results. Just three months post-launch, the media spotlighted Sage + Sound as “New York’s Hottest Wellness Space.” The fortified marketing foundation enabled the genesis of valuable partnerships, with the newly formed team adeptly capitalizing on emerging opportunities. With a clearly defined roadmap at their disposal, the Marketing Team was well-equipped, ensuring sustainable growth and a brighter horizon for Sage + Sound.
