SpoiledChild, an innovative direct-to-consumer wellness brand from Oddity, the parent company of Il Makiage, is dedicated to revolutionizing the approach to aging. They needed to assemble a creative team that could mirror their disruptive mindset and embody a specific, tongue-in-cheek vibe to drive their brand messaging.

The challenge lay in finding talent that matched the brand’s distinctive tone and style, starting with a Creative Director. We utilized our extensive network and sourcing strategies to identify the right candidates. Our approach was successful in recruiting and placing a Creative Director, a Senior Graphic Designer, and a freelance copywriter who each embodied SpoiledChild’s unique brand ethos.

Following the establishment of this vibrant creative team, SpoiledChild had a remarkably successful out-of-home (OOH) launch in New York City in February 2022. Since the launch, we have maintained our partnership with SpoiledChild, continuing to assist them in growing their creative and brand marketing teams to further their market presence and influence.
