The Challenge
SG360, a leading facilities services company serving the Midwest and Southwest, had made a substantial investment in Salesforce.com as their CRM system two years ago. However, they found the adoption of the system was limited and desired to increase the return on their investment. SG360 was uncertain about which built-in functionalities to take advantage of and how to increase user adoption. They turned to Chameleon Collective for our deep strategic and tactical CRM and Salesforce expertise.
Our Approach
Chameleon was tasked with conducting a rapid assessment of both the strategic and tactical use of Salesforce at SG360. Our objective was to identify opportunities for optimizing processes, improving sales efficiency and effectiveness, and increasing user adoption.
Over a span of two weeks, Chameleon reviewed the technical implementation of Salesforce at SG360 and interviewed a selection of internal stakeholders. Based on these insights, we prepared a prioritized recommendation focusing on functionality, processes, data, and training.
The Impact
SG360 not only received a comprehensive recommendation but also a highly prescriptive path for implementing Chameleon's recommendations. This detailed approach ensured SG360 had the tools to effectively increase user adoption, fully utilize Salesforce functionalities, and, ultimately, maximize their return on investment in the CRM system.
