From Pharmacy to Platform

Chameleon Collective embedded directly into the business to lead from within. We redefined the brand by repositioning Designer Drugs Pharmacy as Designer Drugs Labs, clarifying purpose, voice, and market position to support its evolution into a broader healthcare platform. We deployed a cross-functional Chameleon team to manage daily execution across brand, UX, web development, e-commerce, paid media, and project management. Beginning in February 2025, this interim model stabilized operations while keeping strategy front and center. At the same time, we led a content-first redesign of the website and Shopify ecosystem, aligned stakeholders through focused workshops, and completed a CRM and marketing automation audit—creating a scalable foundation for growth without long-term reliance on outside teams.

Designer Drugs Labs emerged with a unified brand, a clearer value proposition, and a modern digital foundation built to scale. Marketing execution accelerated across campaigns, social, email, and events, while a new website and e-commerce experience moved into delivery. A future-ready CRM roadmap positioned the organization for personalization and retention.
