Chameleon Collective embedded a nimble team of brand and AI strategists to design and operationalize a content system that enabled Dix Hectares to scale in-season and in-language. This wasn’t AI-as-assistant—it was AI as core infrastructure. We built the knowledge base, prompt kits, and rituals that allowed a small team to create science-credible, voice-consistent content at scale.
We engineered a structured, AI-readable knowledge base capturing product leaflets, ingredient monographs, clinical proof, and naming conventions—preserving both scientific precision and poetic resonance. Then, we developed prompt kits and guardrails to codify the brand’s tone (“poetry + proof”), claims, and naming rituals, ensuring consistency across PDPs, social captions, retail, and PR.
To scale storytelling, we introduced a repeatable long-form content architecture that powered seasonal campaigns and fast-turn execution. We also trained the in-house social lead to atomize hero content into platform-specific formats without losing integrity.
Finally, we built a bilingual AI pipeline—translating French-first content into English while refining it for global use, preserving nuance, emotion, and brand consistency across markets.
