The Challenge
Intuitive Health pioneered a model that combines an ER and urgent care in compact retail spaces. It drew urgent care patients well, but the ER side stayed underused. The challenge was to raise awareness of both services so the centers became known for ER and urgent care alike.
Our Approach
Chameleon Collective started by understanding the key markets, the patient journey, and the competitive alternatives. We ran an internal analysis to capture how the company and market worked, then validated it with qualitative and quantitative research: interviews with potential patients, focus groups, and surveys. That work produced precise customer personas and showed where Intuitive Health could win at each patient touchpoint. We then revamped the brand's positioning, sharpened its value proposition, and developed new marketing narratives built around its core message.
