The Challenge
The Malin, a design-forward coworking brand, came to Chameleon Collective with a disconnect. Their website didn’t match the elevated in-person experience. The WordPress build was clunky, visually inconsistent, and hard to manage—especially as they expanded offerings in Events, Memberships, and Locations. They needed more than a redesign. They needed a scalable, intuitive platform that reflected their brand and supported long-term growth.

We simplified complex systems, replacing their legacy Nexudus integration with a cleaner solution. Membership, Events, and Location content was restructured for better usability and internal control. HubSpot was integrated to enable smarter tracking and conversion paths—no workarounds required.
Our goal: eliminate friction for users and staff. The experience is now seamless across devices, with intuitive content flows and flexible structures that evolve with the brand. We delivered autonomy and scalability—not dependency.
