Holly is a high-energy, performance-driven leader with 20+ years of PR/communications, marketing and charitable experience across corporate, agency and nonprofit.

During her 12-year tenure at Macy’s, she led the brand’s consumer communications and cause marketing efforts – driving $30M annually in consumer fundraising for iconic nonprofit partners, including the American Heart Association, the March of Dimes, The National Park Foundation, Feeding America and Make-A-Wish.

More recently with Make-A-Wish America, Holly led the corporate partnership team charged with securing and managing enterprise fundraising relationships with more than 60 organizations including The Walt Disney Company, Topgolf, WWE, Southwest Airlines, GameStop, and Torchy’s Tacos.

Holly has also led consulting projects with Big Brother Big Sister of America, leveling up its 7-figure relationship with Express stores, and with Tropical Smoothie Cafe, designing a new cause marketing platform and national partnership for the growing QSR brand.

Holly is known for her exceptional record of building brands, driving sales/revenue and exceeding expectations. She is passionate about the power of storytelling and purpose to propel brands – and she loves bringing those opportunities to life.
