Rick has deep experience in the personal care category. He was the marketing leader for the Johnson & Johnson $5B personal care portfolio of products with responsibility for growing brands like Listerine, Band-Aid, Johnson’s Baby, and Aveeno.
More recently he has been the Fractional CMO for Boldify (#1 hair care treatment on Amazon), Scotch Porter (#1 men’s beard care brand), and First Honey (fast-growing wound and skin care brand). He has also completed consulting assignments for Chapstick (#1 lip care brand) and Ph-D (#1 women’s health brand).
