Before his healthcare experience, Akash led credit card marketing for several HSBC cards and was a financial services business consultant at Accenture. Here, he developed more robust consumer-centric digital experiences and performance marketing capabilities. This helped launch new credit cards in the US marketing, develop healthy acquisition for retail cards, and execute CRM strategies that drove ROI.
