With more than 25 years’ experience in leadership roles at multi-unit restaurant businesses, Jackie is uniquely qualified to provide strategic advisory support to restaurant brands. Jackie was part of the global team that launched i’m lovin’ it at McDonald’s in 2003, leading to the revitalization of the brand and driving consumer relevance. She has launched digital transformations at Krispy Kreme and Bojangles in her role as CMO. As a member of PE-backed management teams, she is adept at facilitating ELT alignment around value creation efforts, strategic planning, and integrated execution of those plans. In every brand she has worked with, she developed the respect of franchisees as a trusted business partner.

As a certified executive coach, Jackie guides executive leaders through building teams, assessing and determining resources, change management and building muscle in strategic prioritization.
