Jackie is a seasoned CPG Marketer in food and beverage who played key roles in the marketing transformation initiatives at General Mills and MillerCoors. She has driven major strategic shifts in media planning and buying, partnership strategies, coupon and incentives efforts and agency relationships. She has negotiated more than $600 million annual media budgets and $100 million annual agency budgets to great success for portfolios of brands, increasing ROI by more than 20% and increasing cash flow by more than $50 million on an annual basis. Jackie has been a native digital marketer for more than 20 years. She has driven strategic shifts for bettycrocker.com, Pillsbury.com and quericavida.com from recipe sites to a 45-million consumer database serving digital loyalty, programmatic media and shopper marketing. She created and implemented consumer connections planning across brand portfolios and geographies across the globe, resulting in greater consumer engagement with digital content and media. She has innovated product placement platforms and is known for connecting consumers with her brands through relevant content, media and owned media properties. Jackie was recognized by Ad Age as a Media Maven and by Brand Innovators as one of the Top 50 Women Innovators during her tenure at these two companies.

Jackie is a noted expert in driving consumer relevance through sports and entertainment partnerships. As head of global sports and entertainment for McDonald's Corporation, she negotiated, concepted and directed the company's worldwide Olympic program from 1995 to 2006, and was the architect of McDonald's industry-leading Feeding the Athletes platform, including restaurants in the Athlete's Villages at six Olympic Games. She also orchestrated McDonald's FIFA World Cup efforts from 1994 to 2006 and launched its first NASCAR team in 1992. At Miller Brewing and MillerCoors, Jackie led innovations that drove retail activation and share growth by building consumer and channel relevance through Hispanic and college sports properties. With dozens of pro sports league teams under her watch, she is best known for ushering the alcoholic beverage category into college sports through a ground-breaking, 57-school partnership with Learfield and IMG. As CMO of Bojangles, she brought new activation platforms to NASCAR and NFL properties, including retail sales-driving initiatives and podcast integration. Jackie has been recognized by Sports Business Journal as one of the Most Powerful Women in Sports and as a Game Changer for women in sports business.
