As the fractional Creative Director for Eko Health, I spearheaded a range of strategic initiatives across brand development, marketing, and product strategy to elevate the company's market presence and enhance its consumer engagement. I led discovery processes utilizing NPS data and Google Reviews to uncover critical consumer insights, which informed our brand strategy and creative direction. My work included recommending AI tools to streamline data analysis, thereby enabling more efficient decision-making across departments.I was instrumental in developing and executing several key creative campaigns, such as the Eko+ Launch Campaign, the Champagne CORE 500 launch anniversary, the Back-to-Med/Nursing School campaign, and initiatives aligned with Afib Awareness Month. These campaigns employed innovative strategies such as gifting, customer celebration to boost engagement and loyalty programs. I also managed the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, consolidating production requirements into a streamlined proscess for better cross-departmental coordination, and optimized social content creation by connecting the team with expert resources and developing new content strategies.In addition to campaign development, I conducted a comprehensive review of Eko's creative assets across email, web, and social media, identifying areas for improvement and recommending best-in-class practices. My efforts included securing a product placement for Eko's CORE 500 stethoscope on a Warner Bros TV show, leading branding initiatives like the Eko+ logo redesign, and assisting with new product display strategies for retail. I provided strategic marketing recommendations, such as exploring new advertising avenues on platforms like Reddit and developing a GenAI capabilities deck to optimize marketing efforts. My collaborative approach helped facilitate cross-functional alignment, streamline creative processes, and drive innovative marketing solutions, ultimately enhancing Eko Health's brand visibility and consumer engagement.
