Breathing New Life into Snap Finance Team & Strategy

 

Challenge:

In the wake of the pandemic, Snap Finance grappled with both a reduced team and pivotal leadership exits. They found themselves in need of filling key roles, most notably after the departures of their CMO and the head of their life cycle team. Beyond these staffing voids, Snap Finance was also seeking to create a revitalized marketing strategy equipped to implement B2B and B2C growth and energize existing customer and merchant relations.

Approach:

Chameleon Collective sprang into action. Initially, we dived deep into Snap’s ecosystem, scrutinizing their team dynamics, marketing playbook, tech backbone, and operational workflows. Our goal was to create, define and implement strategies that would invigorate customer interactions while amplifying conversion and retention rates. We architectured a robust portfolio of marketing tools tailored to engage partners and drive sales. Simultaneously, we revitalized CRM and lifecycle best practices, weaving in enhanced tracking and analytical mechanisms. As we embedded ourselves into Snap Finance, our B2B and B2C marketing experts revamped their email marketing realm, introducing innovative emails and real-time tracking to bolster conversion. Our creative team empowered Snap’s in-house marketing team, creating poignant copy and impactful designs. Additionally, we supported their recruiting and screening efforts, to not only fill leadership voids on an interim basis, but also guide Snap in their search to attract and hire the ideal personnel, reorganizing the team and adding fresh talent.

Impact:

The metamorphosis was impactful and became an extended partnership. Within the marketing team, streamlined processes were launched, fortified by improved writer, brand, and design guidelines. Our efforts drove continuous growth and helped ensure that Snap Finance wasn’t just recovering, but thriving in a post-pandemic landscape.
