As a Project Manager, Michael is well versed in creating and managing in-house creative agencies and customizing workflows and project management solutions. He has worked for consumer, B2B and FinTech corporations.
For over twenty years Michael has worked for established digital and online properties such as Sotheby’s, Condé Nast and New York Magazine. Michael has served as the Creative Services Operations Manager at Underwriter Laboratories in Chicago as well as 2+ year stint as the Marketing Project Manager for the FinTech company, Snap Finance.
This work taught strong communication, creative, digital media, and operational leadership skills, and provided substantial experience managing digital, web, video and print projects. Michael specializes in content creation, site analytics, cross-functional optimization, content management strategies, project management tools and systems, and solving all the problems and blockers that drain motivation and kill morale.
Michael also has experience in change management with leadership and platform changes at Sotheby’s, rolling out new systems to the global offices and ensuring new processes were created.
