Malin+Goetz, a high-quality skincare brand, needed to ramp up their ecommerce growth and optimize their digital strategy. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the pressure to enhance their online presence and sales was high. Their challenges included transitioning to a new email service provider, developing a revenue-driving triggered campaign strategy, establishing a loyalty program, and better understanding ecommerce traffic sources.

We also outlined a triggered campaign strategy aimed at driving incremental revenue and devised a loyalty program. In addition, we assembled a team to scale Malin+Goetz’s Amazon business. By creating an Amazon-specific marketing calendar and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) strategy, optimizing content (design and copy), managing customer reviews, and providing ongoing Amazon Marketing support, we equipped Malin+Goetz to navigate the challenges of the pandemic effectively.
