Bringing more than 18 years of experience in the mobile/digital industry, Jonathan Stephen is currently consulting for a wide range of companies from product development to implementing digital strategy.

Jonathan has held several roles in the travel industry, most recently with Norwegian Cruise Line as their Senior Manager of Mobile Strategy & Digital Engagement, overseeing the cruise line’s mobile strategy. Prior to transitioning to the Marketing department, he consulted for Norwegian Cruise Line, overseeing their IT Web Production Support Initiatives in the Business Process Management Team, before joining full-time as the Manager of Web Programs.

Jonathan also spent time in the airline industry heading up mobile/digital strategy for airlines including Silver Airways and JetBlue. At JetBlue, he led the Mobile & Emerging Technologies team for over three years with the responsibility of driving their overall mobile strategy. His love for travel, digital, and mobile shinned in the JetBlue organization where he was able to launch the airline’s first mobile app, tablet app, and mobile-optimized website. He also supported many airport and onboard innovation initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

His past has also included various roles throughout the mobile ecosystem having worked at companies such as the Elite SEM, the Mobile Marketing Association, Motorola, Vindigo, and Flurry.

Jonathan was featured alongside many other key industry experts in the book “The Art of Mobile Persuasion” in 2015, written by Jeff Hasen. He has been a keynote speaker to a combined audience of over 35,000 people over the course of 70 events and conferences throughout Europe, Middle East, U.S. and Canada, covering various topics around mobile marketing technologies, marketing best practices, airline innovation, and mobile strategies for brands and agencies. He was named as one of the “Top 40 under 40” Innovative Brand Marketers by Brand Innovators in 2012 and 2019 and has been featured in many journals such as the Mobile Marketer, Mobile Mixed,, Mobile Commerce Daily, Digiday, GoMo News, and USA Today.
