Chameleon Collective stepped in as interim product management leaders, not just to fix the problem but to build a lasting solution. We began by analyzing Ronnefeldt’s product lineup, identifying which items to discontinue, observe, or develop. This created clarity and freed space for innovation. Next, we designed a structured system for research and product development, defining KPIs and building PowerBI dashboards to shift decision-making from instinct to data-driven insights. At the same time, we redefined the product team’s roles, mentoring staff and crafting clear job descriptions to attract top talent. Once the foundation was set, we recruited a Senior Product Manager to take over, ensuring the transformation would last beyond our involvement.
