T-H Marine, a leading manufacturer of boat parts and accessories, had solid penetration in the bass fishing category and a vast wholesale distribution network. Despite experiencing organic growth in its budding eCommerce business, the company aimed to quadruple its scale within two years. To achieve this ambitious goal, T-H Marine recognized the need for a strategic vision.
Approach:

Over six weeks, our team led the research into T-H Marine’s business, examining strategy, team structure, execution, technology, customer experience, and performance.
