Starting her career in hotel operations with Marriott, Rachael transitioned into marketing roles with Island Outpost, Air Jamaica Vacations, and Sandals Resorts International—managing brand execution at the resort level, overseeing loyalty programs, and coordinating high-touch hospitality experiences.
In recent years, Rachael transitioned into combined project management and marketing operations. This work has ranged from K – 12 independent school and healthcare education to consumer goods products and large corporate rebrands.
With over 15 years in marketing roles and 14+ years in project management, Rachael naturally supports the intersection of technology, design, content, and operations teams.
