Chris has been leading digital marketing campaigns and media for several major brands across retail for over 15 years. His experience includes e-commerce, in-store, and affiliate marketing initiatives for such brands as AT&T, Nintendo, Westfield malls and their retail partners.
His work at Westfield included the optimization of an online shopping mall built on e-Commerce platform Oracle Commerce migrated to Mirakl with inventory and pricing API integrations with major retailers Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, JCrew, Sephora and twenty additional retailers across fashion and beauty. The site generated over $15 million in direct online sales. In addition, he launched a loyalty program generating over $250 million in sales over 3-years and growing membership over 200,000 with over 75% active members.
At AT&T he led paid and organic social media, including over $40 million in marketing for mobile device launches and 4G LTE services. He worked closely supporting retail stores and e-commerce teams on integration with social marketing, social shopping and social listening to drive better customer experience.
