Anova Fertility, a leading fertility clinic in the Toronto area, grappled with a digital interface that was far from ideal. Their existing website not only portrayed a stale brand image but also posed intricate hurdles in the patient signup process. This outdated system was more than just a minor glitch; it was costing them significant revenue in lost conversions and flooding their offices with unnecessary calls. Our Approach
Our endeavor began with a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) audit, a deep dive into the website to understand user behavior and to uncover exactly where users are getting tripped up.
