The Challenge
Tanya Taylor, a fast-growing fashion brand, set out to strengthen its digital presence while becoming a best-in-class omnichannel brand. With its first brick-and-mortar store opening in Fall 2023, the need to fortify its eCommerce strategy grew urgent. The goal was finding the right talent for a Senior Director of eCommerce Marketing, a role that would bridge digital and physical retail.
