Byredo is a Stockholm-founded luxury beauty and lifestyle brand established in 2006 by Ben Gorham. The company takes a sensorial-led approach to creativity, translating memories and emotions into premium fragrances, makeup, home goods, and lifestyle accessories.
The Challenge
As it integrated into the PUIG family of brands, Byredo needed to rebuild its leadership team. Rapid expansion across channels and the departure of its North America CEO left a key role open, and growth called for stronger talent in key marketing positions to steer the brand.
Our Approach
Chameleon Collective looked for leaders who fit not just Byredo's mission but its character and could scale the team. We placed a new CEO for North America and searched for a Senior Director of Marketing who could recalibrate marketing strategy and work closely with the PUIG teams and EU headquarters. Our network proved decisive: we reconnected with a strong candidate previously interviewed for a parallel role.
