The Challenge

OWS Foods manages multiple brands, each needing distinct marketplace support, especially on Amazon and Walmart. One of them, Head Country, was moving away from direct-to-consumer selling on its own site. The challenge was twofold: grow Head Country's sales on third-party marketplaces, and bring clarity and structure to managing the brand and its internal team.
