CivicPlus offers an integrated technology platform for local government, but most customers used only one or two of its modules, leaving potential untapped and win rates under pressure in a competitive market. CivicPlus asked Chameleon Collective to improve sales effectiveness and grow cross-selling revenue.
Our Approach
