Throughout his career, Jonathan has managed and nurtured teams in front-end development, creative design, and CRM. For the past six years, he has served as an interim leader, brought in to develop customer-focused strategies, guide CRM team and technology transformation, lead MarTech selection and implementation, and support the organizational shifts needed to operationalize a truly customer-centric approach.
Jonathan has deep experience across ecommerce, entertainment, lead generation, and consumer services, holding leadership roles with companies such as Netflix (DVD), Beautycounter, Driven Brands, WorldRemit, Solutionreach, LowerMyBills, and DVD Express.
He’s also integrated AI tools like ChatGPT into his work to support teams more effectively—accelerating content development, brainstorming solutions, and helping CRM managers scale their impact without burning out.
