Prior to consulting, Bill was a senior retail analyst at Forrester Research, where he covered digital retail and mobile commerce. While at BJ’s Wholesale Club, he served as the executive on staff leading their first eCommerce initiatives. Bill started his digital career in the mid-90’s, while at Digitas (known then as Bronner Slosberg Humphrey; and now part of Publicis Groupe).
