Megan is a proven creator of custom solutions driven to enhance consumer experiences, beat benchmarks and drive revenue through groundbreaking digital marketing strategies. As a marketer, Megan is energized by unlocking insights, identifying patterns and developing unique strategies that provide valuable experiences between brands and consumers.
Megan spent over a decade of her career at top Media agencies leading Digital Strategy & Investment, while creating custom marketing programs for leading brands. She began her agency career at Starcom on the Nintendo business, the agency’s 1st integrated team and then spent the tenure of her agency time with Omnicom where she was the Associate Media Director on McDonald’s. During this time, Megan was responsible for educating and influencing a variety of stakeholders such as McDonald’s Media leadership team and the Owner/Operator’s franchise committee on Digital Marketing in all of its components including; content strategy, mobile, video, social, search, integrated, ecommerce and media partnerships. Megan created, led and implemented many first-to-market digital consumer experiences on behalf of the brand and supported key product launches such as McCafe, the company’s highest profile US product launch in 30 years.
While at Omnicom, Megan also helped pitch new business that resulted in revenue and account wins, including Nordstrom where she was appointed the role of Group Director. In this role, Megan led the brand through their 1st media agency relationship, created 30+ new media partnerships and developed a key corporate digital acquisition initiative that help Nordstrom increase its younger custom base and grow online sales by 37%.
For Chameleon Collective, Megan leverages her media knowledge and skills to create innovative solutions for her clients, in order to accelerate their growth needs. She advises Startup founders & C-suite leaders on the planning, development, selling and execution of Digital Marketing programs with leading brands, agencies and publishers. Her approach is to uniquely evaluate challenges, ask thought-provoking questions and understand the needs of clients & consumers through an empathic lens. She thrives on bringing ideas through all stages of development, from strategy to implementation and is consistently looking how to build upon benchmarks and brand success.
