On graduating from Cambridge University, Ray began his career in Strategic Consulting with Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice in London. After earning his MBA from Kellogg, Ray learned the fundamentals of Brand Management in FMCG with General Mills.
With that foundation, he excels in today’s digital world. He encapsulates the essence of brands in compelling ways – capturing prospective customers’ (limited) attention. That tenuous grasp provides him the opportunity to transition them into patients by carefully managing their journey – something that always requires synchronization across the organization, and includes a retention plan.
Ray has deep expertise in multi-unit/franchise operations. As a result he has honed this specific skill-set that, inter alia, requires sophisticated geo-targeting and local awareness/reputation management.
His Health & Wellness experience includes both: Direct-to-Consumer/Provider Operations: Dental, Urgent + Emergency Care & Health/Wellness networks (both company-owned and franchise), as well as B2B/SaaS: specifically, Patient Engagement Solutions.
His consistent ability to deliver outstanding results for clients is a reflection both of, his mastery of the science of marketing and the creative flair that he brings to positioning.
