As the Executive Creative Director of Chameleon Collective, Morales leads teams of visual designers, experience architects, and copywriters working on interactive multi-channel experiences for some of the largest brands in the world.
Before joining Chameleon, he was the Chief Creative Officer and first ever creative promoted to partner in PwC history. There he was instrumental in creating PwC’s Experience Center and codifying the BXT methodology. Before PwC Morales was the Executive Creative Director at SapientNitro Miami where he managed a creative department of 80+ creative professionals. He joined Sapient through a strategic acquisition of a digital boutique he co-founded named ichameleon/group/. During his career Morales has worked with numerous global brands such as Burger King, Coca-Cola, Diageo, ESPN, Ikea, Toyota, Virgin and Bugaboo and received industry recognition for his efforts, including winning the Grand Prix award at Cannes as well as a Cannes Gold Cyber Lion.
Miami-based Morales began his career as a graffiti artist and has been able to translate that passion for art and expression into a successful creative career.
