This includes looking at past performance, benchmarking, and especially aligning customer actions with data that drives defined goals.
His experience at major Fortune 100 companies and top ad agencies has provided Chris with a wide range of situational problem solving. He has applied his skills to drive aggressive growth marketing goals around product launches, customer acquisition, loyalty program launches, and improving brand reputation through drivers such as Net Promoter Score internally or for clients such as AT&T, Ford, Toyota, Nintendo, and URW (Westfield).
