Her passion to “Think like a Brand, Act like a Retailer” garners instant credibility with franchise, distributor, and frontline operator communities. She is relentless in the field, visiting multiple locations weekly and staying in constant contact with those who serve customers. Her attention to relationships and “detail at retail” drives sales, so operators bring her along for sales meetings to demonstrate the power of great retailing.
Jackie has also worked with franchise development teams to develop their marketing plans to successfully build a new franchise pipeline. She has experience with Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD) development as well.
