Experienced C and GM level executive running medium to large sales and GTM organizations and helping convert teams into high performing organizations with a focus on SaaS B2B tech firms. I’ve had the good fortune to have helped drive some of the higher profile business transformations in the business such as taking Adobe from a business that shipped boxes of software via resellers to a hybrid direct/channel organization that acquired multiple tech technologies and expanded into a Digital Marketing powerhouse. Also took Sitecore from a multi-entity subsidiary model to a single corporation that grew 200% and acquired 4 companies during my tenure.
Most recently, I was brought into Kontent.ai (under Chameleon Collective) by their major investor to help develop a GTM strategy that included Field Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Operations and Marketing. The plan covered several aspects of the business and introduced many new functions and processes to the company. The engagement also included helping to select and onboard a new CEO and CRO.
Most of my work in the last 12 months has been deeply engaged in the AI space which has required significant work in market definition and strategies to engage in this rapidly expanding market without losing relevance to our clients audience.
