Adam turns AI Experimentation into EBITDA gains. He has served as Fractional CMO/CRO leadership positions across multiple Software/SaaS Subscription companies focused on Consumer, B2B Tech/Media, SMB, and Healthcare markets. He works with companies to create and deploy AI-driven growth strategies in order to maximize LTV-to-CAC ratios, minimize churn, and maximize EBITDA to increase Enterprise Value.
Adam’s consulting work focuses on organization-wide assessments, fractional leadership, and developing go-to-market strategies.
Adam started his tech career in the world of telecom data/content subscriptions, and has focused on areas that maximize the value of Customer Data and Privacy-Enhancing Technologies.
Prior to consulting, Adam was CEO and co-founder of TrustLayers, an MIT spinout for Tim Berners-Lee’s research, and before then, led Marketing and Business Development at Jumptap (now part of Verizon/AOL) as it grew from zero revenue to over $100M in revenue. Before Jumptap, Adam spent time in the mobile industry (US, EMEA), including as the founding team for Europe’s first pure-3G Operator (3G Mobile) and App Store.
Adam is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing and Analytics at Brandeis University’s International Business School.
