Kaddie learned the ropes of Marketing with a classical CPG upbringing at Dannon and Hill’s Pet Nutrition (Colgate) where she focused on brand management and product development. She led product development teams at Hallmark Cards focusing on new growth markets and maximed store sales as a retail merchant for Hallmark Gold Crown Stores.
Kaddie found her passion for digital & social media as Digital Marketing Director at Kaplan North America. She reshaped the Kaplan University social media ecosystem, led the social media rebrand to Purdue University Global and expanded her portfolio of social and digital media clients to include Kaplan’s test prep and professional education brands as well as other university partners.
Kaddie has built social media strategies and executed organic and paid social media tactics for a variety of clients including startups, DTC, B2B, and digital agencies across an array of industries.
Kaddie brings a strong marketing strategy perspective to her social media clients and is able to bring brand, creative and process together to drive awareness, engagement and acquisition. She thrives at the intersection of brand and performance marketing.
Kaddie has an MBA from Pepperdine University and BA degree in Marketing from Kansas State University.
