Early in her career, Jackie was taught by legendary McDonald’s executive Paul Schrage to “Think like a brand. Act like a retailer.” She has applied this at all of her roles, ranging from driving growth at restaurant chains to creating shopper marketing activity and creating retail display strategies for CPG companies.
Jackie excels at understanding the consumer and developing integrated platforms that will drive traffic. At Bojangles Restaurants in 2021, she spearheaded the largest new product launch in the company’s history, bringing in new customers in addition to increasing frequency with existing guests. Jackie was also the champion and key driver of creating platforms for Ecommerce sales across website, app and 3d party delivery at both Krispy Kreme and Bojangles.
Jackie also has a keen understanding of account-based retailing. She supported the sales organization at MillerCoors with proven display-driving activity for off-premise accounts. While at General Mills, Jackie was one of the early adopters of Retail Media Networks and led that company’s entry to Amazon Fresh.
As a retailer, Jackie considers herself both marketer and sales lead, voraciously monitoring daily and weekly comparable sales to optimize traffic and guest counts.
