He has spent several years leading large-scale digital transformations, product improvements, and organizational optimizations for companies like JetBlue Airways, Norwegian Cruise Line, and the Mobile Marketing Association
Jonathan was the Global Director of Industry Initiatives for the Mobile Marketing Association, developing best practices and defining standards to mobile messaging. He established the Consumer Best Practices guidelines for the the U.S. providing guidance for brands and agencies to effectively development best-in-class, compliant mobile messaging programs.
Jonathan was featured alongside many other key industry experts in the book “The Art of Mobile Persuasion” in 2015, written by Jeff Hasen. He was named “Top 40 under 40” Innovative Brand Marketers in 2012 and 2019 by Brand Innovators and has been featured in many journals such as the Mobile Marketer, Mobile Mixed, Untethered.tv, Mobile Commerce Daily, Digiday, GoMo News, and USA Today.
