Mike is a software and data product and strategy leader, past co-founder at multiple startups, and an MIT-educated engineer. He has extensive experience forming and transforming product teams to craft complex platforms and ecosystems of value. His depth and breadth of knowledge enable world-class cross-functional leadership, coaching of product managers, product leaders, and executive teams, and helping companies determine the right way forward.

Over decades of leadership in over a dozen early- and growth-stage companies, Mike has built foundational product strategy and teams to help companies find product market fit, and prepare them for sustainable growth. He’s seen the challenges companies typically encounter from pre-revenue to over $100M in revenue, and has a toolkit of practical approaches to coach companies through them.

In addition, Mike has led multiple business transformation programs within large enterprises to form new organizations and products, and establish centers of excellence to drive innovation leveraging emerging technologies and strategies like AI and data-centric business models.
