On graduating from Cambridge University, Ray began his career in Strategic Consulting with Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice in London. As a Senior Consultant in their Information and Software Services division he led assignments with several B2B clients.
After earning his MBA from Kellogg, Ray led Thomson-Reuters’ expansion into global markets – including sales, marketing and account management for Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. Through selective partnering with prospective customers, he was able to launch an online, legal research service in Hong Kong that doubled forecasted sales while spending less than 40% of the allocated marketing budget.
Ray specializes in bringing breakthrough thinking to B2B situations – often leveraging learnings from his roles in B2C sectors.
His consistent ability to deliver outstanding results for his clients is a reflection both of his mastery of the science of marketing and the creative flair that he brings to positioning/messaging.
