Rick has deep experience in the personal care category. He was the marketing leader for the Johnson & Johnson personal care portfolio of products with responsibility for growing brands like Listerine, Band-Aid, Johnson’s Baby, and Aveeno. He has also built the consumer marketing organization and agenda for Kate Farms, a nutrition brand. Most recently he has completed consulting assignments shaping strategy and brand identify for leading lip care and women’s health brands. Throughout these experiences, Rick has demonstrated expertise in understanding consumers, building breakthrough brands, developing communications and creating compelling new product innovation.
