Valerie is a versatile Sales Leader with +20 years experience. She led international sales for IBM, Symantec, McAfee, and HP Software as well as built a D2C CPG brand from the ground up.
Valerie has managed teams from a couple of headcount to 50 sales reps, often including different business units and/or different geographic markets. She has extensive experience with building teams from the ground up, hiring, coaching, onboarding training, compensation plan design, processes & best practices set-up, operational/ strategic/ budget management, forecasting, laying off. and other HR matters. Over the years she has hired circa 150 Reps, meaning around 500 interviews.
Valerie will work with you to create an efficient sales process, a workable pipeline model, leverage technology tools (including CRM), and manage the process until you are ready to have a full time Sales Leader in place.
Val is originally from the French Alps. She has lived in California for 10 years and is now based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. When not working she is outdoors working out or exploring the world with her husband.
