Rachael started her career in hotel operations with Marriott and then moved into Marketing for Island Outpost, Air Jamaica Vacations, and Sandals Resorts International. Her experience in marketing operations ranges from ensuring teams at the resort level were providing the service promised in all marketing collateral to planning and implementing events, press visits and seamless hotel stays for NASCAR drivers.
After moving on from the hotel industry, Rachael continued in marketing but more on the operations side, and has worked on the development of multiple websites, coordinated and ensured accurate brand representation, planned and managed sporting events, worked with startups during their seed phases, managed press launches and developed standard operating procedures for multiple businesses.
Holding a true love for marketing she has worked with tourist boards, travel agents and wholesalers, PR companies, CEOs of startups, and remotely managed marketing efforts for many brands.
