Susan has more than 20 years of experience in marketing for small and midsize businesses, and she is well-versed in marketing system implementation and the end-to-end lead management strategies that businesses need for successful marketing and sales activities. System expertise includes: HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce, and LeanData.

Susan’s industry experience includes: Staffing, FinTech, commercial insurance (InsurTech), professional services, and high tech (machine learning & AI, data storage, vertical search, SaaS, PaaS). She received a BA in Communication from UC Davis.
